The Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation indicates to buyers, sellers and other real estate industry professionals that she has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional service to her clients by securing a strong educational foundation.
The GRI designation is obtained by attending a specific, intensive series of couses that total a minimum of 90 hours of classroom instruction. Subjects covered include the Sales Process (business development, sales and marketing, customer & client services, and cultural diversity) Legal and Regulatory (risk management and contract law) Technology (communications and real estate business technology), and Professional Standards (NAR code of ethichs, standards of practice and arbitration/mediation).
